โ โ โ โ โ Just telling u guys thereโs lots of cockroaches around the rooms and it seems that theyโre used to it to the point that they laugh about it as if not something horrible and disgusting and on top of that they wonโt come and clean it just saying ( itโs not our fault what should we do ?) so please take in consideration that this place is HORRIBLE

โ โ โ โ โ Got to be careful when you book this hotel. Had roof leaking in my room as well as bathroom. Bath tub also dirty.
No standard at all.
I wouldnโt even give it a 1 star

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely rubbish service here. My toilet tissue ran out and I rang them and the lady said โnumber 6 byeโ and I wasnโt done speaking as I needed some other stuff and she ended the call on me. Rubbish and rude staff. The rooms are ok but could definitely do with a bit more cleaning and they never ever pick up the phone and if they do they will be rude and end the call as quick as they can. Never staying here again.

Elevator was the only issue it takes long sometimes.

โ โ โ โ โ A very beautiful hotel for staying in Madinah near the Masjid-e-Nabawi. This place has a price of 200 riyals per day. The hotel room includes an AC, night lamp and a great view from the window.

โ โ โ โ โ We stayed four nights at Manazil Al Madinah during our KSA visit for performing Umrah.
It seemed to me that Hotel management was reluctant to take care of their guests. Room services were not adequate. I luckily got few persons of my native country. They tried to provide us with essential things. I am grateful to them.

โ โ โ โ โ Very nice hotel.. Alhumdulilah we on the 12th floor. However I do wish they could look into there bathroom facility towels etc. But the rooms are beautiful, staff are really friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ Cockroaches in the bathroom.
Bidet is a jet at first before losing pressure, be very careful not to hurt yourself using it.
Fridge is loud and doesnโt cool down enough.
No amenities like tea, sugar etc.
Bed feels dirty, actually the entire room + bathroom feels dirty.
This is my initial overview, will update if needed.
Do not recommend staying here, it is NOT a 3 star hotel, more like 1 star.
