★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke, other than the fact its close to masjid nabawi everything else was horrible. When we arrived they send us to a room that was already occupied and the reception guys did not seem to care and just handed us another keys .No housekeeping what so ever, we asked few time for towels and toilet paper and our request fell on deaf ears. We checked out without our room being cleaned for 3 days.

No fresh towels
Went to the house keeping store to take some toilet paper and tissue box.
Customer service at its worst.
7 lifts per hotel block was a relief.
Water supply was disrupted a few times and once there was no water for a couple of hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location wise not so bad...close enough ....rooms are good too and pretty clean...except for the 1st time we got there one of the sheets was dirty but they replaced it right away....the washrooms do need help though....they dont fit with the room or the hotel
So old little broken pieces and the toilet water wont stop running the whole time.
Reception staff are alwaya grumpy...not very welcoming.

Its not a three star hotel by any standard, may be once upon a time when it was first built it was meant to be a 3 star, however over time due to management standard it became a sh*t hole.
The room that was given to us was supposed to be a triple room for three adults however the third bed was like a baby cot and the mattress was having the springs coming out. When complained about this, management just blatantly said no and then ignored.
The room, upon checking in was found not done and cleaned, all the bed linens were not changed and just kept on from previous occupier, the bathroom was not cleaned. I had to pay extra to the local boys in housekeeping to get the room/bathroom cleaned. There were no supplies like toilet rolls and other toiletries one would expect! The towels were never changed even when complained, rooms were never cleaned in 5 nights of my stay in this hotel. Once when insisted, they just emptied the bins.
The breakfast was ok, however the Egyptian fella Mahmud in the dining hall was going over and beyond and was outstanding.
Reception staff does not seem to care and speak mostly arabic, a rudeness that is prevalent in most Arabs!
On the plus side, the hotel is very close to the mosque, gate no.17, which is just a straight few mins walk.
There are shops around and lot of choices for eating.
The hotel is like, once you book it, take it or leave it, so once you arrive there you just have to endure their hospitality. If you want to atleast sleep at night, book another hotel, you have been warned!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible experience. We checked in late around 6pm and when we arrived to our 3 bedroom "suite" they were still cleaning and had to fix the bathroom. The entire room was dirty and look run down. When we asked to change rooms due to the fact the room wasn't ready with the cleaning, towels, or anything the front desk said they couldn't do anything when there were rooms available. The carpets in the rooms were old and disgusting. The bathroom was not cleaned and smelled. There were no outlets to plug in chargers. Tye faucet didn't work. And ontop of all that the breakfast had stale croissants and cheese (which were still in plastic wrap). I will never stay here again and highly recommend no one else stay here as well. As an added note the digital lock on the front door doesn't work.
