The location is apt though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgraceful, disrespectful staff, my door does not lock, rude staff at front desk, i was not given the room i booked, its downgraded, completely ruined my experience, when i complained i was ignored! Poor language skills, seemed racist towards me. My room does not lock, so when i leave my room, anyone can enter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and tidy room, staff was very Co operative, location is just in front of haram, food options can be improved, paid parking 60Riyals per day, can offer free parking to guests like many near by hotels do. Overall experience is worth the perday cost! Highly recommend!

But for the room cleaning service you have tell them that pls clean the bathroom or change the sheets where as if the room service is available they should not ask what things to be done

The hotel restaurant had a great buffet ..
The hotel is very close to Masjid-i-Nabawi PBUH...
I would recommend this hotel for prilgrims..

A small pantary only having water, tee bags and coffee Sachats.
Breackfast buffet starts 6am and end 10am. Some services like egg Omelette ends at about 9am.
Location is excellent.
Car packing available.
Valet parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to masjid nabawi, very near by walking distance to gate#33. The breakfast n meal provided in hotel's resto is vary and specially I love the salad that is freshy n tasty. The hotel is located in commercial areas. so it is easy to go n find something needed. The room need to improve for having frequent house keeping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You mainly pay for location. Rooms require a lot of corrective actions; such furniture very old and wet paint on chair caused stains on clothes, loose light switches had to call electrician through many calls to room service!
Toilets: shower area surface not inclined correctly causing water to flood outside shower area, poor room service, had to call them many times to respond. Restaurant was excellent with good selection of food varieties and good service despite being full during Iftar and Sahoor in Ramadan.
Front desk staff professional and helpful, porter service excellent.
Overall with little more attention to facilities maintenance and room service this hotel would be excellent.
