★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frontel Al Harithia Hotel, this hotel very good and near masjid Nabawi, but small capacity of lift, you always wait so Long for empty lift.
I got very nice room in the corner. I love that room and my third umroh, this is the biggest room I got it.
But I really dont like the food. Always same food for 6 days I live there. Thats make me crazy.
But near the hotel you have a money changer and some places to buy everything you want.
Near bin dawud.

BUT the quality of the bed and the linen is so poor! The bed is not comfortable at all and the duvet is really bad. The bathroom stuff (towels etc.) are not complete set and low quality. Not a 5 star hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made reservations for two rooms next to each other 10 days in advance. However, the front desk receptionist told us there are no two rooms available for us at the check in time. I wanted to be next to my elderly mother in case she needs anything during the night. It was unpleasant stay for me. Additionally, they said their parking is full and they didn't gave us a parking spot as promised when we made the reservation. Do not expect to get what you reserved.

rooms were spacious ,beds were dressed with crisp linen.
front house staff to housekeeping all were excellent,
will definitely book again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering limited gates open and travelling with female members of the family, having the hotel perfectly placed to enter gate 16 really benefitted my mother and sisters who were able to quickly get inside without any crowd issues.
Located exceptionally well to access all needs. Couldn’t have wished it better for them. Second row hotel.
