Most importantly access to Gate 25 (ladies gate) is very convenient. 3.Quality Of Customer Service (Extremely poor/disgusting): a.Poor communication skills b.Lack of basic English language capability c.Rude behavior & indecent handling d.Least concerned about bringing improvement to their system 4.Facilities (Extremely poor): a.Rooms are very smalls & poorly designed b.Fixtures are rotten (see evidence in my photos) c.Poor lighting in the room (could not be addressed) d.Intercom was not working (was not fixed despite multiple reminders) e.No proper drainage in toilets/bathroom f.Iron was not provided despite multiple reminders g.Parking is based on availability so if you are lucky to get one in the basement, there is a likely chance that if you go out for half an hour and someone comes in, you shall lose it. I was given a card for the parking but when I came back, they told me that it is filled now. They need to change the way they manage parking. h.Furniture needs replacement 5.Food Quality & Quantity (Reasonable) a.Breakfast was free however no good options when you compare it with other hotels like Dallah Taibah. 6.Free Internet Access (Excellent)
J	J.M. Fazal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice Rooms and excellent location, with walkable distance to both King Fahad gate and women's Gate. Good food during ifhthaar and breakfast. Value for money ? It is advisable to repair the drain outlet in the Wash room as water is logged during shower.

The room sizes were good with a luxurious walk in shower, we were given connecting rooms, which was excellent for our family. Good wifi. Reasonable price. The receptionist helped us with the Tawakkalna App which was nice of him. Negatives - Check in was not smooth - we were told that our room was not ready when we arrived, which was fine, but then we weren't told when the room was ready. I asked at reception and the receptionist said it had been ready for a while. We had just been waiting in front of the reception with 2 young children so someone could have let us know

BIG Beds 2 people can sleep on a single bed easily. Room service also great.4/5 Breakfast: Variety of things. Nice breakfast 4/5 Altogether 4 star hotel.
