★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فندق سيئ جدااااااا وغير نظيف المويه مقطوعه في الفندق من الصباح الى الليل وكل مانكلمهم يقولو ترجع شويه كدب ولافي مصداقيه غير كدا العفش وسخ ومقرف لا انصح احد ياخده ويتورط زي حالتنا ???

بحاجه لتحسين النظافه للغرف والحمامات
بحاجه لتزويد المناشف بالحمامات خصوصًا للاجنحه
بحاجه لمتابعة السكان اذا بحاجه لأي خدمه
بحاجه لمصداقيه اكثر بالتعامل مع الزبائن خصوصا الاستقبال خصوصا لما يكون الحجز عن طريق حجز ال Booking
بحاجه لتحسين اداء الحُراس على مداخل كراج السيارات واستقبال الزبائن بطريقه لبقه خصوصًا لما وصلنا من جده مع العائلات والاطفال ورفضوا دخول السيارات وكان في زحام شديد بعد صلاة الجمعه - المفروض ندخل بالكراج وننزل الأغراض ومن ثم نعالج موضوع وقوف السيارات داخل الكراج او خارجه
بحاجه لتزويد عدد مواقف سيارات الزبائن
يُعتبر السعر غالي مقارنةً مع أسعار الفنادق المُجاوره والتي فيها خدمات متطوره
كل هذه النصائح تصب في صالح الأوتيل حتى يصبح منافس مع جيرانه من الاوتيلات
نرجو الاخد بعين الاعتبار كل ما ورد بنصائحنا
نصائحنا لكم حسب طلبكم هي نصائح مثمره ولا تُعد نقد او انتقاد

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the receptionist was extremely rude and the hotel was really hot. the parkings are very limited and most of them were reserved for the employees only. how is a hotel with that much space and size with an excellent location and at this time which is considered for vacations they tell me we only accept cash, and there is no ATM in the hotel ! After seeing the lousy impression this hotel gave me, I left and didn't stay, and I don't recommend anyone to visit.
