H	Honest Reviews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel for women because Ohud gate is near but for such big hotel, there were only 2 lifts and had to wait a lot. Bathroom was very tight and sink was so close that it was very hard to do wudu Room service was okay
N	Norazah Aris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stay here on last week of ramadhan till eid on year 2022. Very good hotel in terms of distance with Rawdah. Hotel is infront of gate 338 (door 25). Lucky as got room with Rasulullah SAW maqam view but room not spacious enough for more than 3 pax stay. 3 pax in room just nice ?
M	Mazhar Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful nice location, just one minute away from Haram entrance number 338. I could hear the Azan and everything from Haram in my room. Room service was not that great. Lifts were very slow as you have to wait which I knew when I booked. Food was average. To be honest No complaints at all as I knew where I’m gonna stay and what I’m getting . Bit expensive but who cares about money when you awake, you see the Gumbad E Khidhra( Green Dome) in front of you. Excellent view Masha Allah.
A	Adawiyah Azmi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 6 days. Overall everything is okay. Food is good. However they should really think on adding more elevators. There are only 3. And even the workers use the same elevators. Room should add more light too. It's too dim. Windows need to be cleaned more often. Toilets too. Cleanliness is just average. However the distance to Masjid Nabawi is really good ahhaha. Near to shops too including Starbucks and H&M
N	Nulaif Razick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except for its location which you can give 10 out of ten, you will have the worst service for your money. Rooms are extremely small compared to other hotels. Reception will attend your calls once in blue moon. They are not replenishing the guest ameneties even if you request. WiFi is extremely slow ( when I checked it was 2.53 mbps) Overall, very poor hotel for the money they are charging. Doesn't deserve more than one star.

We asked couple of times for iron and tea-bags (asked through phone and also requested directly on reception) every time they said okay we will send you one shortly, but our request was never fullfilled. Room was just okay, Breakfast was okay as well. However bathroom was terrible. Sink was so small that I hardly could do wudu. Both shower and tap pressure was insane, the water goes all around the place. Cabinet under the sink was broken as well.

There was no towels, small room, small bed, not comfortable Very helpful concierge. We paid high amount for these kind of room and service Duty manager was professional
A	AJ A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was clean, but bathroom was really tight. The sink had a power spray, onto a high slope sink, so splashed you. The hand spray on the toilet kept sticking on open, so a surprise when water didn't come, then turned in the tap on the wall, water every where! Only two lifts for 14 storey hotel. Always waiting and the lifts were small, max six people. Adjacent Masjid, the only good feature.
