★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are higher than the branches in Jeddah just because it's near the Prophet's mosque, the service is absolutely shameful. The place is very small with bad air conditioning, one person only to take the orders as well as setting up the each order in its bag .. a long line of customers await on one guy to take their order and handing them their food, also you have to beg and cry for extra ketchup and mayonnaise, they only give you 3 lousy packs after you ask them for extra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Underhanded staff for an over crowded customer base. Ideal spot as its a stones throw from Gate 25 of the Masjid boundary and thats most of the families get together after gents and ladies finish their zyarah (The ladies going for ziarah use this gate).
Rest its up to you how you see the food. Fatty, greasy, meaty or a la cuisine inspired by French peasants lolx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and slow service, when we arrived attendant was cleaning and told us to wait for 15-20 minutes. After we gave our order, it was recieved 20 mins later although there was only one other customer, food was good but no arrangement for sitting and eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rate the food good but the service is very poor. I went here on Tuesday 30th october after zohr salaah, the man who served me said his name was samba looked bengali. I waited on mens side to be served but he kept calling the ladies que to serve them. So i said should i move to womens side aswell he then took my order very rudely and told me he doesnt have any wraps. I ordered chicken burgers after 5mins i saw him put wraps in the womens orders so i said to him you told me their are no wraps how come you are giving to them ladies. He started yelling n shouting at me made me feel really uncomfortable and told me either take ur food or get lost. I asked for his name he refused to give it so beforw i could take a picture he said his name is samba. I demanded my money back. His wage comes from our custom. Who does he think he is speaking to customer like that n refusing to serve them food. I demand the management to full action on this. Or i will be sueing the company as i have it all recorded on my phone and 2 whitness. In my picture u can also see i am waiting to be served but the women is called forward to take her order before me and she walked in after me

Its my 3rd time to order from Kudu and then realize that they gave me something different from what I ordered...once ordered chicken and received beef, once order grilled chicken and received Kudu chicken, once ordered chicken philly and received a vague type of sandwich I don’t even know what it was...before was better than now❌❌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No indoor seating. Flies everywhere. Food is standard and they charge you for cheese even though it should already come with the sandwich. The filling comes from a packet which I saw the guy take out. Not fresh at all. Wouldn’t go again.
