للاسف مستوى النظافه متدني ، عامل الشورما مصري ماعنده وعي. يستخدم القفازات ويمسح فيها بالمنديل عرق وجهه، يزبط وضعية اسطوانة الغاز بنفس القفاز، وبالنهايه يملي السندويش والخبر بالشورما لحم او دجاج ب إيديييه، يعني القفاز بتاع كلو للاسف.

Unfortunately, the level of hygiene is low, the Egyptian shawarma worker has no awareness. He uses gloves and wipes his face sweat with a tissue, adjusts the position of the gas cylinder with the same glove, and in the end dictates the sandwich and bread with shawarma meat or chicken with his hands, meaning Chloe's glove unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really nice experience of the shawarma and coffee i ordered. The place was small to sit and everything but u can just grab your order and enjoy at home. The nest thing about shawarma was that the chicken was freshly sliced in front for making sandwiches according to order. The coffee was also nice. Ordered the toffy coffee and it had a balanced flavour not overly sweet. They also had other options like donuts, croissants etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though this place is often crowded, they should employ more people to work as it takes way too much time for one order. They also rush their orders often not listening to us such as not putting hot sauce of the customer wants it spicy. I love the food especially the shawarma. I would definitely give this place a full rating if they just improve their customer service and even expand the place as it was quite small to handle all the customers.
