★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمة مررررة سيئة لا تليق بفندق ٥ نجوم أبدًا .. الموظفين يمشو و يطالعو في السقف عشان يتجنبو عينهم تجي في عينك ، ومن غير مبالغة فوق ال٤ مرات وكل شوية يقولي الموظف طيب دحين اجي و يطنش .
اتوقع لو رحت في اشتريت من "كشك" في الشارع كانت المعاملة افضل
The service is very bad, not worthy of a 5-star hotel at all.. The employees walk and look at the ceiling to avoid their eyes coming in your eyes, and without exaggeration more than 4 times and every little while the employee says ok when I come and blink.
I expect if I went to buy from a "kiosk" on the street, the treatment would have been better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مقهى بيت الشاي يعتبر داخل مول الدور الاخير المكان جميل والخدمة رائعة ولديهم اطلاله جزئيه على الحرم مثل الصوره ولكن الاطباق مرتفعه اسعارها قليلا وجودة الطعام عادية ولكن استمتعت جداً بتفاصيل المكان والطبق الي بالنص يتقدم مجاناً مع كل كوب قهوة تطلبه ☕️
The Tea House Café is inside the mall on the last floor. The place is beautiful, the service is great, and they have a partial view of the Haram like the picture, but the dishes are a little high in prices and the food quality is normal, but I really enjoyed the details of the place and the dish in the text is served for free with every cup of coffee you order ☕️
