★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low quality of services. Only few cleaning staffs. Dirty carpets, i don't think so if they wash it. My bad reviews is only for there low quality of cleanliness. They don't santitize the room. The good side our room are spacious(5beds). Its near in Haram. Outside the hotel, you can find restaurant,bakala and gifts stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk staff in experience. No WiFi available in rooms as promised. No sahoor as we paid for it. I will recommend no-one else should stay. Better hotels are available nearby.

Rated 4star Hotel but what we got wasn't up to standard. Overall is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was pathetic.....old furnished...all furniture were damage condition....No room service....no bed sheets change ....no accessories for wash room were available.... over all poor quality...only good thing staff behaviour was good warm welcoming and very near to Masjid Al Haram( Madinah) 5 minutes walk to womens gate#25.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is very near to the Masjid-al-nabwi. Rooms are ok. Would like to give 5* for the restaurant staff on the 1st floor..who managed to serve us sehri Alhumdulliha...when he had closed and cleaned up alredy.
