★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go there if you speak English. Because the employees will treat you rudely and ignorantly. Went there after fajr prayer to get coffee only to be offended by Abdula out side. He dismay English and only spoke arabic and was rude when he didn't understand what I was saying. At the end I left without getting anything. Zero stars to dunkin donuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. Non English speaking employees... the Star Bucks workers spoke perfect english and knew about customer service and had great bed side manners. Compared to your door employee Abdula who called me a customer crazy when he didn't understand English at 7am this morning. May be have some standard and get employees who speak English and Arabic . Zero stars for you guys due to your rude employees and lack of education.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars for this place. Went to get coffee but the ignorant employee at the door. Had no education to direct you if you didn't speak Arabic. An international chain with no english speaking employees. End up leaving without getting any thing. IF YOU SPEAK ENGLISH NO DUNKIN DONUTS FOR YOU. LEARN ARABIC FIRST if u want some donuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing many comments from non arabic speaking people with regards to not appropriate dealing of staff with them, i went there. The main counter guy can speak in Arabic, English Urdu and Bangali. He facilitated me to the max.
