Cash deposit atms are also out of service most of time.

I would like to raise a complain regarding to one of your customer service representative named Mr. Fawaz Abdulaziz Alotaik this scenario happened last August 23 2021 4:10-4:20 at takasussi branch near panorama mall
I was at the branch to deposit some money and after that i try my luck if someone can still assist me regarding to the message that I received on samba SMS that their is a transition happing on the company While the supervisor is assisting me regarding to my concern someone is bating in over in our conversation and telling me in a rude tone that “WE OUR GOING HOME NOW! YOU SHOULD COME BACK TOMORROW!” As i said “IM SORRY “ though i know its my fault on going there late he keep on talking and talking sarcastic words pointing out “THIS TAKES TIME FOR MY PROBLEM” as i replied I NEVER EXPERIENCED A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TALKING THAT WAY I MY SELF IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE BEFORE BUT I WOULD NEVER EVER CROSS THAT LINE BATING IN ON A CONVERSATION THAT YOUR NOT EVEN INVOLVED and telling me WHERE ARE YOU WORKING NOW!?? AND LAUGHING WHILE GETTING A WATER ON THE DISPENSER while his colleagues is also laughing at me MR EMAM (the supervisor in-charge) IS SAYING SORRY FOR HIS ATTITUDE
(Even the supervisor is actually talking to him he doesn’t even listen and letting him to shut up but he keep on talking and talking)
it doesn’t mean im working as a barista now it would be degrade or be disrespectful because your working on a higher position or in the bank he should know the meaning or proper way to handle a customer having that kind of attitude it reflects on your company and how you handle customer complain maybe im not the only one whos being be little on the branch
So im raising this complaint to let you know on how your customer service representative (CSR) REPRESENTS you in your CUSTOMERS and how they handle scenarios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the female staff from the banking service site in samba bank takasushi branch not treating the customer friendly, showing the long face expression and talking in the unpleasant way when the customer don't understand something. Especially to the asian foreigners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible horrible customer service. They have all their desks closed and just look at you while you wait. A complete waste of time. Efficiency and quality is key to any bank. How is SNB still going on? Open an account at any bank in the world, I bet you it can't be worse than SNB.
