★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ادارة الراجحي المالية فاشلة بكل المقاييس ... كان عندي ايقاف خدمات وانتهى وحساباتي الجارية مفتوحة للسحب .. ماعدا المحفظة لازالت محجوزة .. لم اتمكن من التواصل مع الادارة ولا ادري عن السر في اخفاء ارقامهم لاتفاهم معهم وليس لهم فروع .. من المسئول عن تأخر رفع الحجز

مافي مبرر لتجميد وتبخر مبالغ عشوائية من حسابات العملاء، مو طبيعي يكون معي ١٠٠٠ اسحب ١٠٠ ريال فقط وحسابي فجاه يصير فيه ٣٠٠!
مع العلم مافي اي عمليات سحب اونلاين
ناهيك عن عدم الرد من خدمة العملاء طول اليوم مشغولين..
Worst bank!

Their security is outdated and because their terrible security, almost five thousands SAR were stolen from my credit card even though the credit card was with me at the time. The bank did not help or refund my money. Instead, they put me through an endless loophole of submitting complaints and complaints about the complaints that did not revolve my issue. I immediately transferred my income to another bank. Al-Rajhi became popular because of their claims to be in accordance with Islamic laws. Luckily, the bank is exposed now and it is the most notorious bank in the kingdom when to comes to fees and sucking money out of their poor customers who get loans. Their customer service is a whole another level of incompetence. اللهم يارب أنتقم من بنك الراجحي وأجعلني أرى الفقر يتمدغ في أبناءه فأنهم ظلموني. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
