★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff. Very bad experience. Unhelpful and arrogant staff. Out of all the counters only two were 'serving' customers - yes, 'serving' is used very loosely here...
Again tried today, was told to exchange USD for SAR I had to first open an account with them, deposit the USD in the account and then withdraw - not sure in what ancient times this bank operates, but surely not the 21st century!
