★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer Service of my Life, All I wanted is to open a Salary Account in their Branch. The Staff is too arrogant and rude, all customers are made to wait for more than an hour (even though its not at all crowded) and after 1 hour of wait, they are asking me to come tomorrow, I came next day, made me wait for more than an hour, and then they tell me that the concerned person for account opening is not in the bank. I came in again the next day and the concerned person gave me an appointment date which is after a week written on a slip (attached) and asked me to come after one week. The attitude and behavior of the staff is very unprofessional and Rude. I however managed to open an account in another branch in Sulaimaniyah/ Olaya which was handled so professionally.
