Shame for them. Even in Holy month they are still layer.

I tried opening a bank account online and it said that you have to visit your nearest local branch, till now i visited 4 branches and every branch told me system is down or to go to the other branch or open online(although it doesn’t work and showed them a screenshot), for the past month I’ve been in this loop, eventually i called alrajhi to justify my situation and then told me to raise a complaint in the app, its been a week and still no answer although it said with 12 hours. Because of that I decided not to open in alrjahi due to a very bad experience
To all expats or visa holding i warn you
DO NOT OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT IN ALRAJHI
