★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polite employees, but poor service quality. They couldnt continue my account application from the non-Absher registration. Visited the branch twice, and no solution other than "you have to register from Absher first" while Absher is not applicable for non-independent Iqama.

I was asked to wait for more than 15 minutes even though there was no line.
Moreover, the employees failed to resolve my issue and kept employee hopping me until I finally left without having my issue resolved.
