★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستقبال والتعامل جدا جميل لكن الخدمه جدا جدا بطيئه طلعت من الفرع حتى بطاقه الصراف ما طلعتها بس سحب مبلغ جلست حول الساعه وماقدامي الا عميله وحده بس
 Reception and dealing are very nice, but the service is very, very slow. I came from the branch until the teller card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عملت مقابله شخصيه قبل ٥ سنين تقريبا، و أسلوب الموظفة اللي عملت المقابله سيء وماكان عندها خبرة كافيه انها تجري مقابله بكل احترافيه واحترام.
I did an in-person interview about 5 years ago, and the style of the employee who did the interview is bad and she had enough experience that she conducts the interview with all professionalism and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفات خلوقات لكن الخدمة بطيئة جدآ انتظرت دور فقط لتجديد بطاقة في حين بعض البنوك الأخرى تطورت وترسل البطاقة لعنوانك الوطني أتمنى تفعيل ذلك لديكم يالبلاد
The female employees are creatures, but the service is very slow. I waited for a turn only to renew a card, while some other banks developed and sent the card to your national address. I hope that you can activate that in the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ولا يستحقون نجمه جايتهم لي ساعه وموضحه ان لي استفسار بسيط وبشوف تقول انتظري الين يخلصون العملاء واهي جالسه فاضيه طب حنا نعرف انكم يتغيرون الاماكن وفاهمين الشغل جاوبيني واذا شفت الموضوع يستحق بجلس كعميله وانتظر اذا مالقيت الخدمه بطلع من اليوم والله ماحط حساب عندهم لو يعطونيي فايده صفر تعامل خايس جايه تعبانه من الدوام والحر ولاطعيني مرتين مكلمتها وبالاخير جايتني انا بشوف اقدر اخدمك او لا لا وللهيب فاهمه ايش ابي اذا بنك بها الحجم وموظفاته بها الشكل اتوقع بيخسر كثير

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الي يشتغلون دايم ذربات ما شاءالله و يخلصون امورك بسرعة. عتبي الكبير على جهاز الخدمة الذاتية جيته لقيته خربان و اقرب فرع يشتغل بعيد ? Bank tells in the ladies branch are amazing and service is fast usually. 3 stars because the self service machine isn't working so I couldn't get a new card nor deposit money
