I wil give 10 stars for the staff of the alinma from the security guard (who catered and offered a seat while waiting for the opening at 9:30, since we arrived 30 minutes early and its cold outside)I commend most especially alinma bank employee for being so Helpful, kind hearted ,soft spoken and very patient in attending our needs ,He explained thoroughly the process- His name is Mr. Mohannad Very fast transaction with printing of the card, we opted to take it in their head office as we are traveling to the nearest date.. my friends recommended alinma bank travelers card when traveling to UK and Europe because of its good benefits.No need for appointment just went straight to king Fahad road branch and then Voila within a matter of 30minutes i got my travelers card which i can readily use in my trip to London…I’m an Alrajhi account holder but mostly my friends are using alinma travelers card (Multi-currency card) when they travel so we will give it a shot and see if we can save some using this card from alinma??

They have the fastest services, everything is online no need to go to the bank even for card printing.
They have the lowest currency conversion ratio, which is the main best feature of this great bank..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Bank in Saudi Arabia , The staff of Alinma bank at different branches are very Polite and supportive.
Ethically they are behaving very nice .
Professionally they need to give training and workshops about banking system , Once I visited one of their branch , Even Branch Manager don't know about PayPal.
