★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At Novotel Hotel I have a pleasant experience in Europe, therefore, I chose to stay at the same hotel in Riyadh. The room was clean and tidy, unfortunately, I did not get the chance to have a better view as well a higher floor.
Delightful, Homey and relaxing stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i visited here, people (staffs) were well accommodated, specifically the one who is assigned in coffee lounge her name is Elma. She is very friendly, very professional in terms of accomodating the guests, she is awesome very polite to the guests and i am happy she serve with positive vibes. Keep it up Elma? thank u so much. I will recommend this place to all my friends and co workers.

Here in downtown Riyadh, all about kindness and warm guest experience.
I could underline extreme care from Front desk team and real dedication from junior but very professional team of waitresses (and waiters who gave a real guest centric experience to my stay. Should I mention Miss Elma who took care of my special dinner requests not only attention but a smile. Thank you to all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel to stay. Room is clean and staff are helpful and friendly (reception and housekeeping). Walking distance to Kingdom tower. Bathroom is nice and i like their toiletries, skin friendly :-)
Will recommend this hotel and will come back here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to everything you might need if you have a business trip, but better options are around, old hotel, floors are hairy and dirty, A/C wasn’t working and i was interrupted by the maintenance team just when i entered the room other than finding another room for their guest to make him/her comfortable! Definitely I won’t choose it next time, unless they change decoration and shows interest for improvement.

Love the rooms, breakfast was delicious.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing,friendly and professional!! Specially" IMAM ". He went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.
