★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location , clean ? so clean,Good price, the room is very good and comfortable but not enough outlets and it's 110v , staff : ok !! But there's no breakfast launge, no water in the room unlees you pay for it, the lobby needs to renew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't think you'll find a better hotel for the price. Room is spacious and staff are friendly but don't expect much more from it however it's biggest asset is the location! No other hotel in the area for less than 3 times the price! Walking distance from Kingdom Tower, right on King Fahd road, walking distance from Habib Medical center. It's all about the location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a hotel with a bath and got a room without. So we went to the reception and the receptionist gave us keys so we could check for ourselves, very strange. We couldn't find any so the receptionist sent someone and it took them 45 minutes to find the room. The bathroom smelled like a sewage which is disgusting. The room was just fine and the bed was big and comfortable. The location is beyond perfect.
