v	vishal khurana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pillows need a drastic change very uncomfortable, pillow covers are smaller I'm size compared to pillows making it worse out of shape. The room will only be cleaned in case you put only notice for it not part of regular routine to clean rooms. To size is too good spacious well lit rooms and service otherwise is also nice

Allowing guests to smoke below mezzanine restaurant is not good for smell where you eat. Pool not maintained, gym okay. Breakfast plentiful but low quality and most fresh items definitely not fresh. Staff friendly. Could be good but attention to detail is missing. Abandoned rolls royce out front sums it up- looks okay but doesn't work very well. Reasonable value.

The bath rooms have ventilation problems and the plumbing is not working. The rooms are very empty no furnitures All accessories are broken or not working No main entrance to the hotel that you can drop your bags They installed an office at each room but it is not connected to any thing in terms of electrical an communication The AC is cold but very noisy I can go further but 2 nights is more than enough Regards

I personally felt that the day shift staff was biased and did not attend to me as I would have expected.. Breakfast is very limited. Manage and night shift staff were much more pleasant and hospitable compared to day shift staff. It's an ideal location if you have work around the hospitals and health departments, but unfortunately it the last for me.
O	Osama Hakeem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of the worst experiences I've been through My flight arrived late to Riyadh and I reached the hotel around 1:30 AM There was no reception representative and I wait for him around 10 mins till he show up!! After he did the check in, he asked me to pay 400 SAR although the night fees was already paid And when I asked him why you are asking for an additional 400 SAR and he replied this is hotel policy and in my reservation confirmation there was nothing mentioned regarding deposit or blocking any amount Room was not very clean and furniture is a bit old. The breakfast buffet is very poor and I went at 9:30 and all kind of dishes was empty even milk for cereal wasn't available and I asked for it I request the chef to make egg Benedict and he did using old bread and it was very obvious. During my check out the phone was ringing and the receptionist easily hold the speaker and drop it down immediately to ignore the call and by mistake while dropping down the speaker button was touched and the call kept active and it was a guest so this happened in front of me so I can expect the same to happen with me I don't recommend this hotel at all and it was a big mistake to stay here
M	Mark My word on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What do I expect in MILLENNIA HOTEL OLAYA? Well, I don't know what to say... it's Excellent. Starting from the outside, the ambience of their veranda is cool which you can't find with the other hotel. Staff also is great. Having a perfect large room which you can relax after a tiring day looking at your window overseeing the street. It's location is walking distance from Dr.sulaiman Al Habib hospital, Dunkin donut, Starbucks, Dr.Café, centria and kingdom tower.
