★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is right in the heart of Riyadh City, very close to nice malls like Centria and Kingdom tower. The place is quiet and safe, the hotel is average, with average furniture and food. But it's more than enough for a short stay. Inside the room is a bit dark and furniture is obsolete. But my real problem is the plumbing system, water on the higher floor is very low and taking a good bath is the problem. I hope the management will improve

1. Room cleaning.
Need to ask for every cleaning. Asked by phone - they forgot. Asked at the reception - they forgot
2. Staff. Very unfriendly. Don’t speak English. Don’t wear masks and break Saudi law
3. Towels.
Need to ask for them. Get knelt 1 for all. When you leave a towel in the floor they literally do nothing about itS just keep it lying where it is. You can ask for a towel - and you will not get it. Need to ask again.
4. TV. Didn’t work. Asked 5 times to repair beige I got any reaction.
5. Shower.
Leaking tube under the sink, no hot water water, short non-working shower.
6. Once reception checked in in my room a stranger. I was in bed when somebody opened my door by key and entered the room.
I really don’t recommend this hotel to anybodyS you will be fully disappointed. That’s the waste of time and money.

Shower towel is torn, no water , staff are very bad. Housekeeping service is very bad.
I will not recommend this to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bad hotel! Staffs are unfriendly especially reception. The room they gave our friends has people inside. The room we had is too small, smells like smoke, our extra bed has a stain ended up not using it but still paid for it. No towels and slippers provided, you have to call the reception but it took ages to answer. The worst hotel for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the stuff are very good in this Hotel, the reciptionist in the 6th of March, at 11:30 PM gave me a shock when he cancelled my booking and forced me to have a bigger room. He was very careless and asked me to get my bag and search for another hotel, telling me Agooda is a fake website. Imagine all these events happened when I arrived from international flight at midnight. I will never stay in this hotel again.
