★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف عندي قطع من شهر اكتوبر ٢٠٢١ تكسرت وقت التركيب و قطع ناقصه والان انا بدخل في شهر مايو جالس اطارد وراهم
نصيحه لا احد يجرب يركب مطبخ عندهم بتتوهق لو كانت مكسوره عليها ضمان تركيب بديل بس والله يا انك بتتمرمط

لما صار وقت التسليم سلمونا كثير اشياء مخدوشة
المطابخ صار لها أكثر من سنة راكبة ولحد الآن محد جاب لنا بدائل
سيتم التواصل مع وزارة التجارة والمحكمة التجارية للتوصل إلى حل مع تقاعسكم عن تقديم الصيانة المتفق عليها في العقود

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عملت مطبخي عندهم تقريبا المتر كلفني ١٢ الف لاني احب الخشب وخصوصا المطبخ الكلاسيكي
المواعيد غير دقيقه اطلاقاً اخذ معي تقريبا ٩ اشهر
والمواعيد كل مره تتاجل ..وصل المطبخ وفيه قطع ناقصه بسبب مشكله في بعض المقاسات وانتظر لحد ماتوصلك القطع من المانيا سطح مطبخي خشب والمفترض انه ضد الخدش لكن غير صحيح
بندر انسان محترم لكن يحتاج المحل لتسويق جيد وعاملين محترفين مصنعهم بالمانيا اعتقد نفس مصنع اكسينا لكن كتشن هاوس اقل سعر منهم لكن الضمان اقل بعدد السنوات من اكسينا اعتقد خمس سنوات بدل عشره

Bandar is a respectable person, but the shop needs good marketing and professional workers. Their factory is in Germany. I think the same factory as Ixina, but the Kitchen House is the lowest price than them, but the warranty is less by the number of years than Ixina, I think five years instead of ten

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اذا جيت تشتري وعود واذا جا التسليم بهذلوك تاخير في التسليم واخطا ف المقاسات ويجيبون لك قطع غير الي طلبت لازم تشيك وتتابع معهم في كل خطوه وما كأنك دافع مبلغ وقدره على المطبخ.
من يوم فصلت مطبخي لين ركب تعاملت مع ثلاث اشخاص مختلفين كل شوي يستقيل واحد ويجين واحد ثاني بداله وتبدا تشرح لكل واحد من جديد وتدخل في جدال هذاك وعدني ووو
النتيجه النهائية ك شكل جميل لكن متعبين ف التعامل وفي التزامهم بالوقت
