★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst rental office in the whole world first of all the car was dirty then when i return it i visited 3 branches the first one as per the branch manager in the Hilton hotel his account not active so he cant close the rental contract so i asked him why you let me wait for 45min for nothing and his answer were its not my fault ??????WOW
then the second and third branch were close even my visiting time were between 6-7 PM so its normal timing then i decide to visit the airport branch and they ask me for extra charge due to the 3 hours delay then i ask the branch manager again why should i pay and all your branches in the city is closed even the company call center not responding to my calls, then simply replay this is the company rules ??????? WOW
