★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man at the desk in King Khaled International Airport (Domestic departure terminal), Riyadh was sleeping around 2 am on Wednesday, 18th August 2021. He was sleeping on duty with airpods on and he wasn't even listening when customers called him. The company is losing on potential customers by hiring staff that sleeps on duty refusing to attend to even people calling him because he has airpods on. The staff from other car rentals at the airpor are more comparative and professional.
