They don't have office in Riyadh Domestic Airport, only service available at Riyadh International Air port.
Petrol charged extra...50 Riyal, used car Economy New Toyota Yaris only 190 Kilometre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closed due to airport renovation. If you reserved a car with airport location through Hertz website you can still collect the car from (Al Degheijer Building - Khorreiss Road Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 12411). It's far from the airport and has different operating times but it worked for my favour. I called one of the numbers on the window at the airport branch and the gentleman handled my reservation transfer to the other branch. I apologise if my explaining was not clear but i wrote this in a hurry so the next guy doesn't go through the hustle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented cars every month for past 10 months from Riyadh Airport but this is the last time. I accept the cars stink of cigarettes and are smashed up but I dont accept mechanically flawed especially when they know it. I picked up the car 12 days ago and after signing they said need to go a d top up the tyres as they are low...that was bad enough but I had to do it couple of days for two tyres so they obviously knew about the problem. Terrible attitude and service. Contacted them on twitter but thats in the usa and nothing to do with them apparently. Not hertz not interested not acceptable....

I made online booking and online check-in, so everything was confirmed, but when I arrived to pick up the car, the guy at the office (pretented to be named Mubarak) decided to increase my booking price by 65% without any reason or explanations (of course english knowledge close to 0...). His conclusion was: if you want a car you have to pay this price, if you disagree you go somewhere else!!!!
Last time with Hertz, better to go away
