★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 20 years if being Avis Preferred member, I would NEVER EVER again rent from Avis just because the bitter and worst experience with this branch. A guy named Ibrahim was very rode, impolite and told me to SHUT UP when I returned the car. It took me 45 minutes for pick up. Do not go there unless you wanted to have a nightmare experience after a redeye flight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not AVIS as you would expect to find in the rest of the world. AVIS Preferred is not recognised here. Poor customer service and dirty, smelly cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recived the car yesterday at night and after one hour i found out that the airflow only hot air and I'm live in city which the temprature there 50 degree, So I tried to contact the costumer support to find a solution to my issue but they wasn't helpful at all even though that there is the airport branch is open 24/7 but they refuse to send me to it to replace the car saying that it is only for daily rental cars.
The next day they toke the car by tow without reblace it with another one which cause many problems for me, and they refusing to serve me or even help me, they gave me request to be handle after 14 days!, and the reason i went with AVIS it's wordwide and have high customer care, but what I'm facing right know in KSA it's very dispointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big Avis fan but my experience with this branch was unreal. Had car booked for 1PM, got there and the employee wasn’t helpful, first told me because I booked online it wasn’t valid, then he told me he was only a driver and can't help but an employee would come in at 6. After i persisted he called the employee up who told him how to provide me with a car.
The worst thing is that because the employee wasn't there he had the driver photocopy my credit card and attach it to my rental form so that the employee could later add it to the system. Not very secure obviously and went against everything I know, but I was told if I didn't allow them to copy my card I wouldn’t have been able to take the car.
