★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nov'19: I've visited this Lounge several times across past 3 years. This time is the most disappointing. They've moved some of the chairs, may be they are renovating. Toilet is dirty floors are missy. Trays are scattered across and no one is clearing after guests. Coffee machine is unclean.
I'm here 11am not sure why quality has dropped.
