★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldnt accept my premium cards to use for free admission, the very cards that allow access in all the world's airports. I ended up paying for admission and it was very expensive. Barely any variety in the food bar and average brands. I expected much better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a frequent flyer and usually Busuness class passenger and gold member at many airlines I can tell this lounge is one of the best lounges after Turkish , Emirates and Qatar . It is better than all Europe airport lounges and North American ones too.
Food is such a fantastic, organized seating. Relaxing area is so quite . Staff are so friendly

There is no proper signage to the lounge. They really need to work on signs and names.
When i finally reached the lounge and the sign was confusing pointing me to go straight and right.
There i went right and landed in Female Toilets. Comeon guys know your directions and mention there to take the elevator.
Later i realized that there were escalators which were not easily visible.
Signs are there for all this.
Plus decide the name as Emirates calls it something else and you call yourself something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There has been a lot of work put into Terminals 1 and 2 in the last year, still ongoing, which has brought the overall level of the airport up - but this lounge is still the best place to rest up before your flight. It has a fairly good selection of food and drinks (non-alcoholic of course)and the staff are attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Electricity plugs did not work and internet wifi connection very poor. I had a work call that i couldnt connect to. Their IT team should fix this. Cleaning tables is very slow after passengers leave. Such a busy big airport should have better business class lounge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plaza Lounge is best option if your bank debit or credit card offers you lounge excess. I had my flight by 8pm, just to be safer side I came early and finished my immigration process by 5pm. Thanks to HDFC platinum Card I have used the plaza premium lounge facilities for 2 hrs with a small transaction. The plaza Lounge offers free flow of Hard Drinks like house pour whisky, vodka, rum, gin and wine, Unfortunately beer was not available. The buffet contains salad section to starters to main course and last but not the least desert section. I really enjoyed the lounge facilities for 2 hrs. The servers are good as well to help you with any assistance. I recommend for everyone passing from IGI Airport to avail the lounge facilities. Highly Recommended
