Positives:
Location (easy to get there).
Available car parking.
Nearest hotel to the airport.
Areas of Improvement:
Tobacco and shisha smoking is seen and smelled in most of the areas (public health risk).
The lounge and its outdoor dining tables are limited to smokers (according to the saudi restaurant staff).
Discrimination and maltreatment of NON-SMOKING visitors by the lounge staff (Against culture- and customer-centered approach).
Very expensive.
Overused and dusty carpets and furniture.

Last time the one employee was having lunch and i waited 20 mins for him... this time i just gave up and left.
I can actually grab a drink and go without anybody noticing.
