Management is not organized
Insitutional qurantee is a big failure as after get out from the hotel still on application tawkalna on qurantee as pcr results not identified on the app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room services are very bad, they don't clean the room even when you ask them to do it. Old furniture, I don't recommend to stay at this hotel ? .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodation is good but food is typical Egyptian, not suitable to Asians as we don't eat rice rather boiled rice in our lunch and dinner.. if one can book without food, will be OK. Food is horrible l.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed there 4 days of quarantine to enter Saudi Arabia. The room was ok. The bed was comfy . The receptionists need to be more professional & friendly with the guest. Whenever I asked them anything regarding the hotel amenities or even basic stuff or regarding the quarantine they answered we don't know and in kind of rude and anger. Even there were no towels in the room they said it's ministry of health instructions although my friends in other quarantine hotels said they had towels normally. They made regulatory PCR tests in wrong dates and that made my tawakalna application changed to purple status after I finish the quarantine period and this cause me to make another (third one) PCR test to change the status back to green

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly. Excellent location . Dusty. Old furniture. Old carpet . Parking in the basement are miserably dirty and smelly . The stairs leading to to the parking are very dirty as if it is never cleaned and it is near to the dining area. Wi-Fi are not good as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason I gave 3 is for the period I have stayed as regular guest. Because first 5 days were Quarantine and the additional days as regular guest.
The food including in the package will make you feel like a sick person. No taste, not even salt. Anyway, one can live without tasty food maybe, but no room service even when you are not there. I requested several times for cleaning, but only 1 time accommodated. The door handle of washroom broken, the toilet washer pipe badly leaking, a total disaster. Although they did fix the washer pipe after complain, but I had taken spill shower on the toilet seat atleast twice due to this.
I must say the staff was friendly and humble, but I guess they need to uplift their service, food quality and variety and not make it a punishment Even for institutional quarantine.

I would like to inform all visitors who are planning to stay in this Hotel and booking
online....
I booked this hotel using online method and when I reached at reception of this hotel and I
showed my booking details, the receptionist person did not accept my booking. he said we
have not received your booking. you check with your booking agent, but at that time i can
not got any solvable response for this issue by online agent. I requested them and told i
already paid for this booking kindly check again in your system. after sometime he said
that we have not received your booking but we can arrange you in sharing room with other
person in this booking.
I asked him if you did not received my booking the why you giving me this free stay. they
said this is for you only. as I was traveled and very tired so i accepted this and stayed with
sharing. unfortunately that person who shared room with me. he also faced same issue by the hotel management and was ready to stayed with sharing.
very very worst experience.
they are lying with people who are going there with online booking because they are getting
more money by offline booking. they are arranging rooms and booking by money.
by my experience my opinion is please do not choose this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in Obaer Hotel in Feb' 2022 for 5 days. Our travel agent booked our institutional quarantine package there. Such a horrendous experience we had. Reception was slow and non cooperative. We were booked for a king bed , however we ended up getting twin bed which they promised they will change which never happened.
We were not provided any towels or toiletries since we had taken a quarantine package . All this information was not communicated to us before our stay. I was in a foreign country with my daughter without the access basic stuff. Absolutely zero empathy to the staff here.
Our Package included all meals included. 5 days we were given the same menu without any major changes. There was no fixed time to get meals we had to call the reception multiple times to get additional water & food. Terrible customer experience.
RTPCR test was done 3 times during our stay. For that also we had to do multiple follow up. I thought after our 1st negative RTPCR test things will improve however nothing changed .
This place was like a house arrest with basics not being provided . Terrible customer experience.
A big no for women travellers to stay here.
