★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potential to be excellent but let down by little things. The location is great and wasnt too difficult to find. Parking is limited. The lobby is small but the decor is great. Checking was easy and fast. We got a two bedroom apartment. The room had a great finish and looked brilliant. The decor was good and had most things for apartment. The problems start here. Basic things missing such as tumblers, enough cups, bowls, spoons. In a two bedroom apartment, which can have a min. Of 4 people, you'd expect things for 4 people such as cups etc but not here. We had towels on arrival but the next day we were not given any even though we requested them on numerous occasions, after which we got 2 towels. I had to speak to the manager before we got more towels. There is no wall hangers anywhere in the apartment and floor had not been mopped. My kids were walking around and there feet were very dirty. I had to request for this too but didn't happen. The apartment was great but the service lets down. The Narcissus was the same price for us and we regret not booking it. We booked the Boudl because we booked the Boudl in Jeddah, which was brilliant. I think management needs improving and as per my first statement, the hotel can be excellent. The hotel has the facilities but the services lets it down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel ever for business trips. If you are paying for the service, there is none. They might provide you lower-priced room not the one you booked for and will make you pay more when you don’t notice the difference. If you notify the reception of the differences, she will lie about it that this is at a similar level, and eventually when you threaten to call the manager after few hours of complaining, she gets you the correct room right away. They don’t clean. They have a system to notify housekeepers by a light switch but they don’t follow it. According to them, you must notify the reception to arrange for someone to clean and no one notifies you that you have to do so. You will know once you make your first complaint that you were supposed to request for the cleaning services. When you call the restaurant they might not answer or someone would answer to tell you that the one handling orders is not there. Sometimes they don’t have your order and you have to change what you wish to eat. When they clean, they use wet cloths that smells bad and stays in the room. When you call for a service to send someone or request cleaning services, they lie. They tell you they will arrange for it now, and now could be hours. When I ask please I need to do other things and I would like for them to come now so I don’t have to take off the veil, they assured me someone will come right away. I asked if not now, please let me know so I can do other thighs please don’t lie!!! They replied sure! I ended up waiting wearing the veil for several hours and I swear you would do the same with the current staff and management. Eventually if you consider reporting all issues you will end up calling quality department several times, and at the end, she might laugh at you, seriously you might be able to hear her laughing. If you ask why, she might tell you she is laughing with you not at you. The last call when she laughed, she didn’t take an action afterwards. I ended up waiting for hours, I swear hours, because of poor services. You know what? I am typing right now at this hotel room and the floor smells so bad even after they wiped it twice after my first complaint regarding the smell. I think they did this deliberately just because I didn’t open the door when I was praying. If you are busy and you value your time, please please pleeeeeease don’t be fooled by the elegant arrangements. Some rooms have very different arrangements not as advertised such as having smaller size TVs replacing compatible ones. Some equipment don’t work. Many of the carpets I encountered were very very very dirty.
