B	Burhan Awan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the Restaurant and was greeted by Mr Kais Didarul, He served us well and is really a humble person. I ask hotel management to give him best employee of month award. Furthermore, Restaurant itself was clean and tidy. Food was good.
A	Ahmad Alrasheed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a review for the restaurant main buffet restaurant for their Suhoor service Food 2/10 Menu 2/10 Price 6/10 Ambiance 2 Location 6/10 Staff Friendliness 2/10 It was a very disappointing experience. First of all, we came 20 minutes before the beginning of service although food was put on serving tables before we came. The waiter showed us to our tables and as we were about to sit, he changed his mind and said please wait in the lobby for 20 minutes The salad section had all salads soggy and they didn’t look fresh at all. Service was really terrible as there was only 2 people working only and both were at the front and no one even cleaned tables that were dirty from Iftar service (hours before we came) Main courses were not special or tasty at all but they were warm which was the only good thing I experienced The place is an absolute mess. I most certainly do not recommend it
绚	绚喻Hannisze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at 2 different Centro hotels during our visit to Riyadh recently, and Centro Olaya turned out to be our preferred one. The location is very central, and we could easily walk to the nearby highlights. However, what made staying at this hotel a better experience than the other Centro was the standard of cleanliness of the rooms. That made our stay more comfortable, and as we had been on the road around the country for 3 weeks before checking-in, we really needed a comfortable bed and clean room to refresh and recover. Centro Olaya gave us that. We didn't have breakfast, but bought coffee and fruits from their cafe, which was of good quality. We also ordered room service, and the meals were carefully delivered by a very polite and respectful Nepalese staff (sorry, I forgot his name). The meals were delicious and vey well presented. Overall, we had a very satisfying experience and wished we had stayed here during both our visits to the city. Highly recommended!
m	master butan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an excellent service rendered to us by Mr Didarul and Prem when we had our breakfast today. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and appetizing. Worth to receive my 5 star both in dining service and food. We will surely come back the next time..

The gym was closed half the time and they really need to be able to separate guest amenities with events. Men would interrupt ladies timing often. Events happened every weekend with really loud music that goes on till 3am. This happens on some weekdays too. Found it difficult to sleep. Complaints were not taken seriously by hotel staff and volume was not reduced as per request. Standard room had a ventilation issue and smelt like sewage which came from bathroom drain and also when ac was turned on. Bathroom sink would often clog.

Parking is available in the basement which was very important for my stay. Check out process was smooth and quick. The area is good where you can find some coffee shops and one mall.
R	Rawad Aabed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience staying at Centro hotel. Everything was clean, tidy with modern decoration with good vibes. Pool on the roof was relaxing. Not to forget the very welcoming staff and tasty breakfast. Parking lots are also available in front of the hotel and underground.
