★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst staff I ever deal with , breakfast is a joke , small rooms and spaces , for example they mentioned fruit basket will be presented in day of arrival but there is nothing there even if you asked for it , no hot water in bathroom and the staff reply will be . there is nothing we can do .

The staff are great. The breakfast was pretty mediocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually it was the worst !!! The cleaness very poor ,the breakfast very very bad and the services are more than bad !!!they kept me 3 days without hot water in the shower, unproductive staff !
And during my check out the manager claimed that I stealed the bathrobe! I gave him the allow to check my luggage he did in a very bad and unprofessional way and sure it wasn't there moreover he told me where is it ! I clearly mentioned that it wasn't in the room and I never used it he blamed me because I didn't informed him that the bathrobes wasn't available and he asked me to pay it cost !!!!
Sure I disagreed and this is the last time I will visit this hotel ...its it's really shame on you to have such employees .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lovvved this hotel. I would book there again if I were to come to Riyadh. Receptionist very helpful. I asked her to warm up for me food that I bought the previous night, she did so with kindness. There is a nice place close by, white garden. Taxis passes by constantly in front of the hotel so you can just catch a taxi to go anywhere.
