The Moroccan bath is AMAZING. When you go to take the Moroccan bath Ask for a lady named Fatimah, she’s great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried the buffet and the food was dry, cold and low quality. The barbecue was over cooked, dry and chewy. Very limited options for the price and the chef kept defending his dry food and did not show any respect. Pay attention when you check-in to the prices, e.g. water is not included in all you can eat buffet!!!! Zero value for the money and it’s not worth it. The management only replies to the good reviews and doesn’t care about what matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location with bad and slow service. You would expect to get a 5-star service (what the hotel charge for) but the service in not near that. I recommend not to use the valet parking as we found some items in the car were missing.

It is sad to have a beautiful hotel like this with a poor service and a serious cleanness problem! I had to go to the front dress to complain about it. They never clean the bathroom floor: every day I found tissues I have used the morning, my hair everywhere.. add to this that one day they forget to put new towels, one day toilet paper....
The checkout was very very bad. An Egyptian non professional guy. I did the checkout in the evening to make fast this morning, yet they were not able to find the file, the proof that I have already paid... they finally did!!
Worse experience I have ever had in any hotel of the hole world. It goes without saying that I will never come back and never recommend it to any one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible hotel. Had a large suite that was impressive. The hotel is as luxurious as it gets. Staff were efficient with great attention to detail and all very pleasant. Unfortunately I did not have time for Spas. Highly recommend.

Food was not up to 5 star standard especially breakfast. House keeping wasn’t proper!
Duration of my stay was 6 nights
Great location but requires a lot of face left!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a gorgeously nice and not only from the outside but as well from the inside… For many maybe to much of Luxury but if you allowed yourself to sleep there for one night the experience will stay with you forever. For local people this kind of decor is “modern”… but for me (an European guy) The furniture, the smell, the details gave me an unforgettable time travelling moment. Just Stunning!
