★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. First of all I booked a room with kitchen from booking.com and paid for it, after I went there, they said the room isn’t available? After I already paid for it! I stayed there for 4 days and never did once they came to clean. Covid is high and they never come to clean. They’re very dirty! Also instead of giving coffee, they gave me coffee creamer. What am I supposed to do with a creamer without a coffee??

Rooms are pourly maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience at this hotel is very pleasant. The reception desk people are welcoming and helpful. The lobby design is attractive, has a pool table, a private meeting room, a gym and a mini bar. The restaurant for breakfast serves good quality and diverse food. The rooms are clean, neat and practical. Room service people have some trouble communicating in English. The location is nice but beware of traffic during morning and afternoon hours that might cause important delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked my colleagues in Ewaa Al Olaya (long-sty guests) everything went well except for charges. We e-mailed the hotel several times but no answer. Spoke to their receptionist many times and she's unable to assist regarding billing, didn't even offer to check the system at least before telling me to contact the Duty Mngr. Was advised to call the Duty Manager but not helpful. Management should invest in training their hotel staff about customer service and after-sales. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, never come across a hotel that doesn’t listen to certain requests a consumer is asking for. The breakfast was awful I nearly vommited. The front desk staff look tired and unhappy, the 2 men that work at the front desk are fake and give me the itches when I bump into them. Simple room service is a joke, the hotel need to re-ramp and change the staff. The only nice and helpful person is the porta forgot his name. My first time staying here, I would rather sleep on the streets then to come back to this hotel.
