★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go to Hardees but this Branch Told me they are out of BBQ sauce, I called their customer service raising a complain and they transfer my complain to KFC! furthermore, I call them again and wonder if they seriously don’t have BBQ sauce at all? And they say sorry we will let the branch call you. And their promise call never happened. I think this branch manager should be aware of Hardeez reputation as this is never happen with me at any Hardeez branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the food.. I would rate it 5..because I loved it.. The burger was juicy and they serve the french fry with melted hot cheese.. ???
but yes point to be noted..I took the Mushroom.burger meal offer.
And for the environment. it was definitely good but cant give it 5 cs the air condition system was going under repairment. That's why felt too humid and hot there. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant is good, Food as well, but their new App slownesses and hangs, I start not like them and to go to other food providers, I wrote them regarding it 2 months ago but no change, and i figured it out that they even sharing delivery service with KFC means they barley can handle business here in KSA.

I love this new burger the fried cheese on top melts beautifully on the burger ? ? and the patty is awesome
Love their curly fries ? it’s perfect for the meal
