★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to feel like you're playing a guessing game with your food, this is the place to go during the night. Its so dark you won't even know what you were eating. The food is subpar. But the service was great and the staff were attentive and welcoming.

I stayed for one night only but the service was really good. It costed us i think 600 SR per night. Great room space, all employees were very respectful and helpful. The room was very clean and smells nice especially the bed. The wifi is fast. The most thing i really enjoyed was the hotel smell, it really smells good everywhere… also the bell-boy comes fast to help us if we requested him. Haven’t tried the food at the hotel… but i was a good short-stay experience. Best of luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly one of the best hotels in Saudi. Not a chain hotel like Sheraton, Holiday Inn etc but it doesn't disappoint. Spacious, beautifully designed, and you can tell it's a newer hotel. The entire hotel staff are amazing. My few times here, it felt like home. Staff was so courteous and accommodating. Hell, i was treated so nicely, i felt like i was Saudi and not American. Thats how it should be. Thanks you all! Will choose this hotel over any other if ever in Saudi again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is very well maintained and managed. Comfortable room and very good variety of food at breakfast. Unfortunately the restaurant doesn't work for dinner every day, and for business travels this may be an issue. For leisure, that is not big deal as there are many dinner options within 10 minutes drive.
