I felt the breakfast was made for me only cause I didn't see anyone else there ?
In the room I stayed in I moved the curtains to see outside, all I got is dust and some spiders webs ?
The best about it is the location

Problems include pathetic and indifferent reception, no automatic washing machines, air conditioning is full of dust and dirt, ceiling leaks, its expensive , no recreation ,no gym , no pool. Staff gives in its best and probably its the only thing which is up to the mark here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's disaster experience in this hotel. No room clean everyday, everything u asked them need call reception at least 3 times. No hot water in bathroom, ask hotel they said this is hot water. OMG, is this a hotel or toilet? BTW, the Saudi people in reception is very lazy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at this hotel because all the other hotels where booked. We had to purchase the suites because that was the only thing available.
The bed was the hardest bed I had ever sleep in.
We stayed for 3 nights and no one came to clean the room.
They give you two very small water bottles for each day and ask you to purchase in the store downstairs if you need more.
Don’t get a room on the 4th floor. The commercial washer is upstairs and makes a very load pounding when in the spin cycle.
No pool or gym.
Breakfast was marginal and the location of Olaya Street was the only thing that was a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entrance for the lobby is amazing. Also the lobby is very spacious. There is comfortable seats for having coffee near the check in desk. They also serve Arabic coffee at the entrance. They have a well put restaurant for having breakfast and it’s so delicious. Basement parking lot with wheelchair access spots and an entrance. Game room for kids, and a praying area. They upgraded my room which was very nice of them. They gave me a room which had a living area with a bed room and a small sized kitchen and a bathroom. I think they also serve meals to rooms because you have a menu inside the room. Very kind and helpful staff, and also very cheap for a hotel like this. I recommend this hotel to people who want to reserve a room with a budget. Thank you very much Boudl hotels for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent value for money. Interior is good, sleep quality good. If you dont run AC in the main room, the air was sucking in cigarrette smoke from hallway, but with AC working - no problem. I do not recommend cafe on the ground floor - dry croissants, ice-frozen cakes and nescafe.
