★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros:
The check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy. The hotel was located near the downtown, close to the major attractions. The room service staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons:
We booked the two-bedroom suite. However, the room description was misleading since it states that each bedroom has two king-sized beds, but each room has only one bed.
We requested a baby crib when we booked the room, and the response was that it would be subject to availability. When we arrived around noon, we asked again about the crib, and they said they would check on it. However, we did not get it until nighttime after making a third request, and we made that request in person because nobody was answering the phone in this hotel.
The parking garage is so bizarre. It is hard to navigate through it or get in and out of it. The breakfast buffet is fair, with acceptable options. However, I ordered an omelet one time, and it was like what you would eat at a cheap restaurant, not at a hotel, let alone a Hilton hotel.
Overall:
Hilton hotels are my favorite hotels when I travel, and Garden Inn is one of the brands I like. However, this Garden Inn hotel was a little disappointing. I am not sure that I would choose this hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night we were celebrate Iftar fest with our office staff it was great pleasure to write-up that the quality of food is excellent fantastic fabulous. Very comfortable seating with polite staff . Specially Br Amer As a Service Manager he is very polite person . And another staff member Br Sahaab very excellent person all the staff treated with very professional skills. I hope that you to visit one time and location is very good near olaya computer market intersection. I best wishes to Alhokar management and hilton garden staff. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had originally made my hotel reservation for King Deluxe Room for 9 nights from 23.03.2022 to 01.04.2022 with the respective pricing per room per night and made full payment of SAR 6,032.85 on 23.03.2022 during check in.
Between 23.03.2022 and 26.03.2022, I had stayed at my originally allocated hotel room (#121) with no issues encountered.
On 27.03.2022 upon reaching back to the hotel, it was informed that the telephone connection within the originally allocated hotel room (#121) had issues and calls cannot be made or received.
In view of the telephone connection issues, a complimentary upgrade to King Two Bedroom Suite was offered by your hotel team instead as all other King Deluxe Room were being occupied.
Necessary arrangements were made and I shifted to the newly allocated hotel room (#303) and stayed between 27.03.2022 and 31.03.2022.
During check out on 01.04.2022 at 8:30 am, I had requested for the final Tax Invoice to be issued for my reference and for submission of expenses claims to my organisation but was informed that the daily night run had not been conducted.
Once the daily night run has completed, an electronic copy of the final Tax Invoice will be sent via email.
However, when I received the final Tax Invoice, I discovered that an additional SAR 1,476.95 was wrongly charged to me via my credit card without my prior agreement and knowledge because of the complimentary upgrade to King Two Bedroom Suite.
Unfortunately, despite my continuous follow up with the Reception Manager and the team members involved regarding this matter, I have not received any form of reply nor response from anyone from Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Olaya till date.
This is very disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel which belongs to and is under the Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. and expected to provide high service standards to all guests, especially since the wrongly charged additional SAR 1,476.95 for complimentary upgrade of room was committed at their end.
Due to the above, it is also causing additional efforts and unnecessary delays for the necessary procedures at my end, especially since this matter has been dragging on for more than a month already.
Kindly advise and provide an indication by when the refund process of SAR 1,476.95 can be completed and I will greatly appreciate if the committed timeline can be adhered to instead of committing and promising for the sake of doing so.
Your assistance and attention to this matter will be highly appreciated.

Nice food, Nice stay.
Nice Rooms, Way bigger size TVs' for entertainment.

Then starts the list...
1. No one answers calls at the reception, house keeping, room service. First tried at night and then from 0630hrs till 0715hrs.
2. In the evening saw the housekeeping friend and requested him for a clean towels, soap and coffee ... NO RESPONSE
3. Breakfast was excellent ... staff exceptional ... Bravo ... this was on my previous trip in Feb.
This time over ... no one even answers the phones ... we were asked to use the room service and well the ONE person was naturally busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel but doesn't feel like the Hilton that we know. It's not as fancy and classy as the other branches. However, their breakfast service was good, clean room, good staff. The room's space is great but it doesn't have a fridge or any snacks. But an overall experience, it was a nice hotel but in my opinion, there are better options out there.
