★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been Two years asking for refund (IELTS TEST) ? I called many people , sent email many times asking for refund?
Mr. Firoz , every time he said under the process but so far nothing received?
Ms.Albanderi I also cantacted you but no response.
I called the whole team in IDP but it was poor service.
Once you pay, you will never ever get contact with anyone there.
Don’t book your test with IDP!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had poor service from IDP , I requested (EOR) which is the process where you test is remarked , my scores got much better from and overall 6.5 to 7 and I was entitled to a refund on my ( remark) fees but it has been a month and two weeks and never got the refund
I kept calling them but they don’t answer
I contacted Mr. Yassin
but the fees are no where to be seen
poor service and poor communication
but great tests , I’d recommend taking the test with IDP but be aware not to have services with them
because they offer poor ones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.Failed to give a proper exam and now they want to retake all exam or refund.How about the stress andthe money we spend going to your center.And you call it compensation?Stayed in your center from morning till afternoon because of your technical issue dont even bother to atleast give some meal to the examiner.
