★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst hotels in Olaya area . Very old dirty hotel . They need to keep up with maintenance and upgrade the whole building. It’s not worth it to stay here please stay away from this place very dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been there in all my business trips. Clean, beautiful furniture, great location, and the staff is very good and helpful. They also have a free breakfast. The buffet too many different types of food and it was delicious. Only small problems out might face is the car parking due to the important government buildings around, it gets hard sometimes to find a place for your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a nice stay in this hotel. The room was spacious and neat. Comfy bed, Complimentary coffee and water, freg, the restroom was nice and clean. Parking available. The gym was not well equipped. Check in and out was smooth. I paid 180 sar for one night through booking.com. Recommended for a short stay for business or leisure.
