★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like any Saudi Arabian government facility, this place is a pain in the rear. Parking is limited so you may have to park in the street leading up to the Parcel Station. Bring your phone and ID with you. They will want to see the SMS message alerting you to your package arrival. The wait for me was about 30 minutes each time but people have told me they were waiting for two hours. They are open on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 AM but they close the doors early at around 11:00 AM. I would get there by 10:00 AM on Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of counters but only one or two (if you are lucky) are open. Staff are slow and lazy. I take my parcels here because it's nearest to my house and every time, I need to wait at the very least 30 minutes for a small package. You need to improve your services, if only I could give a zero star.
