★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could say this hotel is not so nice. It looks a little bit old, for this price you can find better offer like garden Hilton in 50 meters from this place. The most thing I didn't like it's too late dinner at 8pm. It's too late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 14months at this place. The stars contribute more towards the memories more than the place itself. Good supporting staff perhaps the bear you can expect to find in Riyadh. Beat more pricey compared to other equivalent places.. And you won't be getting daily required products that eazily around but a good place to stay if you are looking forward to any furnished apartments in the area.

No food no room service i know because of Covid then why keep menu’s in the lobby?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, helpful. Stayed for institutional quarantine 5 days. Initially got a smaller room but the staff helped provide a bigger room which was neat and clean with sufficient plug points. Convenient location on Olaya street. Initial GPS location took me to a wrong location for which I have suggested for update. Search on GPS for this location فهد للوحدات السكنية العليا. Food isn't great but overall a comfortable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever... i was supposed to stay there for quarantine and I got sick because of the rooms there...absolutely no ventilation whatsoever..suffocating rooms and the food they provided was too cold and not fresh at all
