Satisfiable service from the staffs & the managers as well. Your needs are not been taken care off as it is required to be. Not advisable for a longer period stay.

โ โ โ โ โ The service at this hotel has been getting worse significantly in the last year. All common facilities require maintenance that is not carried out. The apartments are not cleaned daily, you need to complain to the manager in order to get very basic services like vacuuming and floor washing. Kitchens have damaged stoves, faucets leaking water and a constant smell of sewage. In some apartments rats have appeared. The hotel staff are rude and do not have basic hygiene care, almost everyone smells really bad. For the 4.500SAR that I pay for a two bedroom appartment, I hoped for much more.
