Rooms need to be renovated, bathroom has some smell from the pipes.
Breakfast is not recommended as the bread is hard and old. Whole breakfast selection is below average.

โ โ โ โ โ I used to stay in this hotel for the last two years.. usually, I do have a long stay... this trip.. once I have arrived to the hotel.. i realized that most of the team are newly hired. They clearly lack understanding of what a basic of customer service is.. or customer respect... simply I move to another hotel.. overall.. The hotel is very old.. not clean as used to be.. clear for me that new management is in place... with the same price.. there are much better and new hotels in the same area..

โ โ โ โ โ Really they have nice services team either reception or room service, but the room carpet and curtains are very dirty and smoking smell are filling the room. Having said that a very bad smell in the corridors. When it come to its restaurant their food is cooked in a very poor way, even the omlit they didn't make it well. The only good thing the the young lady, she well in serving customers. No near restaurants from the hotel

โ โ โ โ โ The location is in perfect spot, the service is what I liked the most! From the front desk to the staff.. Especially Mr. "Gaber" the bellboy.. He's really helpful and always expecting you with a greeting smiles eager to help you in any way.
Thank you Novotel, it was a peasant stay.

โ โ โ โ โ The service I got at this place is outstanding; once I entered the hotel I was welcomed by Jaber who was really helpful throughout my 2weeks stayโฆ He helped me in everything I asked; he deserves more than 5 stars for his services.
At the reception, Nora was super welcoming and so helpful and did all what she can do to make my stay great.
Last but not least, Wejdan was amazing and helpful and offered all the support in any reservation needed. She is a great representative for the hotel.
I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Riyadh.
Kudos to all three of them Novotel team mentioned above.

close to all important places as a target goal for me. Aerzon is the best one for room service, he is kind and quick.

โ โ โ โ โ Helpful staff in reception. We enjoy our stay. Relaxing and overlooking straight to Kingdom Tower. Spacious room, clean with 3 windows. Will come back to this hotel again. The only thing not safe is the parking area. Narrow and sharp curve.

โ โ โ โ โ Not bad. The staff is attentive, and the service is fast. But the rooms need major revamping, everything smells old. The restaurant downstairs is hit and miss. The breakfast smell is very strong, the food is mixed quality, chicken is hard, but beef is soft, the next day the other way around. I prefer consistency, and a nice fresh smelling room.
