★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad customer service. Only nice to white expatriates and locals. This is such a popular respected global brand, but in Riyahd the staff and management do not do justice to the global reputation of Western Union. Respect people regardless of race, creed or colour. GO TO TAHWEEL AL RAJI - MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND RESPECT FOR ALL PEOPLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ! The place has 2 tellers and one customer service employee! The process of sending or receiving money takes ages of filling out papers and waiting in a long queues. I had to wait for 90 mins to receive a transfer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very BAD customer services of Western Union, the working hours are wrong posted and also no numbers for attendance. If they are dealing with one client, two clients cannot be attended even there are two Western Union employees, why?, because the another is doing "nothing".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its says here its closed at 11:59pm. how can i enter if the enjaz is already closed at 5:30pm...are you guys that stupid? its not make any sense that you saying its open and the costumer found out thats its close! however theres a small window outside for transaction...its just wasting of time actually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I keep sending money to a relative who lives abroad and is currently unemployed, I send him monthly allowances since he went abroad and became developmentally challenged. No relatives there and we can't ask anyone to help. He needs money for food and shelter. However today I decided to send the money on Friday.. And despite their rates and high commissions.. Its faster than a regular bank.. I was surprised to find 90% of their branches closed.. So how come are they claiming on Google maps that they're open everyday from 7:30 am till 5:30 pm.. Very misleading.. Please guys show some concern toward your customers.. Thanks
