It's not outside reasonability to update availability so that people don't waste their time or Uber costs traveling to an area of the city under heavy construction. I was able to get the service I needed and the guy really did me a favor, it was a true kindness of him, but without those hours posted many people won't be as lucky as me. The shop is handsome , many tellers slots, in a lovely hard to reach shopping center.
